矯正為什麼要拔牙呢？一定要拔牙嗎？可以只拔智齒嗎？
矯正要不要拔牙呢？答案是不一定，因為每個人的情況不同！矯正治療計畫是門複雜的學問，是否需要拔牙才能矯正，要考慮許多因素，包括牙齒size數目跟牙床的大小，骨骼臉型，笑容外觀，牙齒歪斜的量，移動方向......等等。
骨釘是什麼？為什麼要使用骨釘？會痛嗎？
骨釘是用鈦合金或醫療用不鏽鋼製作的暫時性植體，對人體無害而且生物相容性高，這些年來大量廣泛使用，使得矯正的效果又比過去更進步。矯正治療結束後便移除，傷口非常小，大多復原時間在一週內，甚至更快，幾乎不影響日常生活。
